Program description

The 3rd Sun Labs Operations Alerts SMS program (the "Program") sends automated operational alerts and system status notifications from the 3rd Sun Labs automation platform to the application administrator who has opted in. Message types include data pipeline job status confirmations, error alerts, and system health notifications. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this Program.

Enrollment

You can enroll by entering your mobile phone number in the application's administrator settings and actively checking the consent box agreeing to receive automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on system events and application activity.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details.

Cancellation

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
