The Program delivers automated operational alerts and system status notifications from the 3rd Sun Labs automation platform to its administrator.

Your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver the automated operational alert messages you have requested, such as data pipeline job status, error alerts, and system health notifications. It is not used for advertising or promotional messaging.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Phone numbers and consent records are retained only as long as needed to operate the Program and to meet compliance obligations, and are protected using industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards.
